How Long Have You Been Trading ?
We started in small premises in Torquay in 1998 and expanded into our existing premises in the year 2000.

How Do I Order ?
Our simple order forms are available for download. Simply complete a form and return it to us by fax, post or email and we will do the rest.
If you require any assistance we can help you over the phone or arrange for our Trade Sales Manager to visit you. You are welcome to visit in person to our offices - we are open Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

What Are Your Payment Terms ?
Our standard trading terms are payment with order for your first order. On subsequent orders payment on delivery can be arranged following the completion of Trading Account Forms. Credit Accounts will be considered on an individual basis.

What Is Your Turnaround ?
We offer a seven day turnaround on most orders.

When and where do you deliver ?
We offer a free delivery service within the South West. We do not have set delivery days to a specific area we prefer to be more flexible to meet your needs.

Do you measure and install ?
We do not offer a specific measuring service, however if you need some assistance we can recommend a company approved surveyor.
Again with installations, we do not install ourselves but can recommend a company approved installer to help.

What guarantees do you offer ?
Fabframes Limited offers a ten year, supply only manufacturing guarantee.
The guarantee covers :-
Profile and Frame Deficiencies 10 Years
Sealed unit failure (where supplied) 5 Years
General Hardware 1 Year
The Fabframes Limited guarantee covers material and manufacturing deficiencies. Fabframes Limited will not be held responsible for any defects that arise due to the installation process. This guarantee is issued to the person named on the invoice and is not transferable.
